Hi there, I’m Margaret.
I was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas and graduated from Texas A&M University in 2005. Shortly after marrying, my husband and I bought our first home and tried our best to make it our own. Regrettably, I made some big mistakes along the way. Have you ever picked out what you thought was a beautiful gray paint only to have it turn out lavender? Have you ever invested in a piece of furniture to realize it wasn’t the right scale?…style?…fabric?
Yep, it happens. Often.
Three kids and a few houses later, I’ve learned a lot. I know now that having a beautiful home supports every aspect of life. It helps us feel calm, comfortable, and confident. And after diving in to several home design projects, I’ve learned that it doesn’t have to be hard or break the bank.
